ReviU Cards and Stands are NFC-enabled tools that make it easy for your customers to leave a Google review. By tapping the card or scanning the included QR code, your customers are instantly directed to your Google Business review page—helping you grow your online presence with real reviews.


2. How does it work?

When someone taps the NFC card or stand with their smartphone, they’re taken directly to your Google review link. No apps, no searching—just one tap or scan and they’re ready to leave a review.


3. How do I provide my Google Review link?

You can include your Google Business Review link during checkout or email it to us after purchase.

4. What if I don’t have my link yet or want to change it later?

No problem! Each ReviU Card and Stand comes with easy-to-follow setup instructions included in the package. You’ll learn:

  • How to set up or program the link yourself

  • How to change the link in the future if your Google Business profile updates

We make it simple—even if you’re not tech-savvy.


5. Can I update or reprogram the card myself?

Yes! Our cards and stands use reusable NFC chips that can be reprogrammed using a free NFC app on most smartphones. We include setup instructions so you can manage your link anytime.


6. What kind of phones work with NFC?

Most modern smartphones support NFC, including:

Customers without NFC can still use the QR code included on every product.

We currently offer limited design customization (logo, color, QR placement). For bulk orders, we can provide fully branded NFC cards or stands. Contact us to discuss your custom project.


9. What happens if the card doesn’t work or is damaged?

If your card or stand arrives damaged or not functioning, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll troubleshoot the issue or send a replacement if necessary.


10. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We’ll provide tracking information once your order ships.


11. Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future—stay tuned!
