1. All Sales Are Final on Customized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products (custom NFC cards, stands, and links programmed to your business), we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed and fulfilled—unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Each item is customized specifically for your business and cannot be resold or reused.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Clear photos or video of the damaged item
We will offer one of the following, based on our review:

A replacement at no additional charge

A partial or full refund, depending on the issue

Technical support if it’s a software-related or linking issue
Please note that we do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, water exposure, or customer-side programming changes.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Items that have been used or modified by the customer

Digital services or consultation (if offered)
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Delays caused by shipping providers

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout
